Boxercise Classes will be on Monday nights @ 19:30 - 20:15hrs
and
Boxercise Circuits classes will be on Friday nights @ 18:00 - 19:00hrs
*Please ensure that you fill out a PARQ and consent form prior to attending your first class or 1:1 session. (along with when things change with your health and general fitness) Failure to do this will result in you not being able to participate in the class, this is for your own safety.
Which class is right for you?
MONDAY NIGHT BOXERCISE (BEGINNERS): this is a 45mins session of Boxercise ghost/shadow boxing where you will learn the basic techniques, develop new skills, get both an upper and lower body work out, week on week progressing with building strength, increasing your skills and confidence with coordination.
These can be booked as individual classes or you can book to attend a full month's worth. *Please note that each week will be different and classes are devised to aid progressive skill development, perfect form and build confidence in the terminology and co ordinated moves used.
FRIDAY NIGHT CIRCUITS: this is a 60mins circuit session incorporating exercises used within Boxercise training and focused classes. There will be a variety of upper and lower body exercises + ab work, performed at each station (approx. 8-10 stations depending on class size)
*Please note that each class is devised based on the number of participants attending. You may therefore perform each exercise/station more than once or even twice. Station exercises will be created to improve your fitness level, build endurance, strengthen and tone muscles as well as aid recovery.
